In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Familiarity with these definitions will help you understand your rights and obligations as a 9t99 account holder.

Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these terms.

By accessing 9t99, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 9t99 Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific games, promotions, or services.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, your only remedy is to immediately cease using the 9t99 platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

9t99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, those affecting bonus terms, withdrawal limits, or account closure procedures — we will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account. Non-material clarifications may take effect immediately upon publication to the platform.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of 9t99 after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to register and use a 9t99 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age for online gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing 9t99 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction.

• You are of sound mind and are not registering or playing while under the influence of substances that may impair your judgment.
• You have only one (1) registered 9t99 account. Multiple accounts per individual, per household, or per shared IP address are not permitted.

9t99 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. Where a player is unable to satisfactorily verify their age, 9t99 will suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending resolution. If age verification confirms an account holder is under 18, all deposits will be returned and any winnings will be forfeited.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. 9t99 recommends services such as those that restrict browser access to gambling-category websites on shared or family devices.

To access real-money gaming and betting services on 9t99, you must create a registered account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. Account Security

KYC Verification Requirements

9t99 operates mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with its commitment to responsible and safe gaming. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit the following documentation:

Deposit Terms

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger a KYC review.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier — higher tiers benefit from increased daily and monthly withdrawal ceilings.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering best practices.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to three (3) business hours for mobile wallet withdrawals and up to one (1) business day for bank transfers.
• Players at Platinum tier and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing with reduced turnaround times.
• 9t99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawals above ৳50,000 in any single transaction or ৳200,000 in any rolling 30-day period.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if outstanding KYC documents have not been submitted or if the account is under investigation for potential policy violations.

Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. 9t99 will notify the account holder at the email address on file before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be applied to dormant accounts after the notification period. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after twenty-four (24) months of inactivity.

9t99 offers a range of promotional bonuses, seasonal campaigns, and a structured six-tier VIP loyalty program. All bonuses are subject to the general terms in this section as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between general and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for all deposit bonuses at 9t99 is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, live casino table games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute 100% on selections with minimum odds of 1.50.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically thirty (30) days from the date of credit unless specified otherwise. Bonus funds and any associated winnings remaining at expiry will be forfeited.
• 9t99 operates a one-active-bonus policy: only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. They may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between accounts.
• 9t99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect a bonus already in active use on a player's account.

VIP Loyalty Program

The 9t99 VIP program rewards consistent real-money play across all platform verticals — casino, slots, live dealer, and sports betting. Players earn loyalty points with every qualifying wager, and accumulated points determine tier advancement.

VIP tier advancement is calculated on a rolling three-month wagering basis. Tiers are reviewed monthly. A player whose wagering volume falls below the threshold for their current tier in any given review period may be subject to tier demotion. 9t99 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice before any tier demotion takes effect.

As a registered player on 9t99, you agree to use the platform lawfully, fairly, and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one 9t99 account per individual, household, or shared IP address.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts or using systematic betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms rather than to engage in genuine recreational gaming.
• Fraud & Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or reverse transactions on deposits made to 9t99. Any funds subject to a fraudulent chargeback will be deducted from the account balance, and the account will be suspended pending investigation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer gaming environment on the platform.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated systems to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Money Laundering: Using 9t99 as a vehicle to launder, conceal, or transfer the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration, KYC verification, or any other point of interaction with 9t99.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on 9t99. Any winnings generated through a manifest error are void and will be reversed.

9t99 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor account activity, wagering patterns, device fingerprinting, and IP analysis on a continuous basis. Players found to be in breach of these obligations waive any right to funds held in their accounts at the time of the breach.

9t99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or legal obligation requiring closure.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by an automated system.

Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 9t99 support at [email protected] with a written closure request. Upon receipt, 9t99 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances within five (5) business days, provided no active investigations or holds apply. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming difficult to control are strongly encouraged to request self-exclusion. A self-exclusion locks the account for a minimum of six (6) months and cannot be reversed during that period. In the event of any dispute between you and 9t99, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. 9t99 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

9t99 makes no representations that the platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of 9t99 complies with all laws applicable in their location. 9t99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with applicable local law.
